Family Movement and Exploration

(Ages 1 - 3) Swinging, hanging, climbing, music, running, exploring and more! Parent participation required.
FREE to members!

Thursdays 10:30 - 11:30 (Not available for the Summer Session)

Flip & Float

(Ages 3-5) Flip & Float is a preschool program that spends a half hour in the gymnastics center working on fine and gross motor skills, flexibility, and basic tumbling skills. The next half hour is spent in the pool with minimum time for lessons, but maximum time for fun with woggles, jugs, slides, basketballs, rings, etc.

Tuesday 4:00 – 4:30 pm (gym) 4:30 – 5:00 pm (pool)
Thursday 10:00 – 10:30 am (gym) 10:30 – 11:00 am (pool)
Thursday 4:00 – 4:30 pm (gym) 4:45 – 5:15 pm (pool)
(Flip and Float will not be available for the Summer 2019 Session)


(Ages 3-5) Basic beginner gymnastics are taught using the bars, beam, trampoline and springboards.

Tuesday 4:00 - 4:30 pm (Summer 2019 Session only)

Private Gymnastics Lessons

Available to all skill levels and ages. Arrangements must be made through the Gymnastics Director, Dawn Lederman. 45 minute sessions.

Non-competitive Gymnastics

(Ages 5 & up) Non-competitive gymnastics class participants will learn basic tumbling and equipment skills with the use of mats, wedges, beams, bars, and springboards. The classes are designed to begin the development of fine and gross motor skills, strength, flexibility, basic tumbling and equipment skills.

Tuesday/Thursday 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Homeschool Gymnastics

(Ages 5 & up) Same program as our non-competitive gymnastics classes.

Thursday 1:30 - 2:30 pm
