All Adult Fitness Classes are FREE to members. No registration needed, just pop in to take part in any class that fits your schedule!
Cycle Back on Track
Cardio and Strength in one class. This class consists of 20 minutes of cycling, 15 min of strength training off the bike and then your back on the bike for 5 min. of super spin. The class finishes with a 5 minute stretching series cool down.

Our H.A.B.I.T. Bootcamp is a fun yet challenging take on the traditional workout. Incorporating various pieces of equipment we work a combination of upper and lower body in intervals.
Tuesday 12:15 - 1:00 pm
Interval training is a 45-minute class that combines various strength training and cardio activities. Participants move from one station to the next station performing the various activities for a set duration of time with short periods of rest between sets.

Back-on-Track is a class designed to get you to do just that, get your health and fitness back on track! By using a wide variety of exercises, you will gain flexibility, tone, strength and balance while incorporating weights, resistance bands, stability balls, mat work and cardio into a blend of circuit training and interval workouts. You will learn how to work within your fitness level and find appreciation for what your body is capable of by utilizing modifications that suit your personal needs. All of this and much more in a fun and relaxed atmosphere filled with friendship and teamwork. Let us get you BACK-ON-TRACK!

Fit for Life
Exercise consists of strength training, flexibility focus, general fitness components. Class members use the stability balls and stretch bands to enhance the exercise experience.

A light and friendly exercise class that focuses on the recovery and rebuilding of the body following childbirth. Under the direction of certified instructors, moms are gradually guided through a series of light body weight motions, posture awareness, breathing techniques and pelvic floor strengthening. Free and open to the public.
Tuesday 8:45-9:30 am
Class continues through the recovery process adding a safe yet challenging amount of strength training and conditioning to the routine. Certified instructor guide mothers through a progression of strength training, condition and flexibility motions using resistance bands and light weights. Free and open to the public.
Tuesday 9:45-10:30 am
This class is specifically designed for expectant mothers and focuses on moderate aerobic activity, strength training and flexibility. Under the direction of certified instructors, expectant mothers are led through motions that are designed to strengthen the major muscles of the body and work the abdominal wall, deep core muscles and pelvic floor. Free and open to the public.

MOSSA Strength Train Together
Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using the adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. This 30 minute workout will be the most intense 30 minutes of your week. It is based on the most current high intensity interval training research and protocol. Tabata includes 3 types of Tabata (a type of high intensity interval training) for maximal results. It is a mix of cardio and strength training. No experience necessary and exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

GET IN GEAR! Group cycling is a fantastic way to exercise in a fun, low impact and high-energy environment. An instructor will lead you on a journey through mixed terrain - hills, flats, mountain peaks, sprints and interval training. Anyone can benefit from an indoor cycling class regardless of age, prior experience or fitness level. By increasing or decreasing the tension of the fly wheel, you control the intensity of your ride. Strength, endurance, weight loss and overall fitness can be achieved with regular sessions of group cycling.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to in-crease muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. The class is offered to anyone and we encourage anyone with physical limitations (surgery, recovery, etc.) for exercise to join.
