Group Fitness Classes

All Adult Fitness Classes are FREE to members.

Please check the website or mobile app for the class schedule and reserve your spot by logging into Your Membership Account. Click on “Register for Programs” and select “Adult” to view all fitness classes currently available for signup.

Dates, times, and class offerings are subject to change.

Re-Boot

A “bootcamp” style group fitness class which includes a variety of timed exercises designed to strengthen your Core muscle group, increase your Cardiovascular stamina and improve overall fitness. We’ll teach you how to adjust your workout intensity to match your fitness level and achieve your goals. A great class for all age groups, with no prior workout experience required. Just bring your commitment to health and fitness, a good supply of ambition and a full water bottle. Enjoy the support of the group dynamic and feel the satisfaction of a good workout. By setting your own pace in each exercise, you can achieve our class goal: “Keep working until you feel proud!”

Tuesday      5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.

Cycle Back on Track

Cardio and Strength in one class. This class consists of 20 minutes of cycling, 15 min of strength training off the bike and then your back on the bike for 5 min. of super spin. The class finishes with a 5 minute stretching series cool down.

Monday      6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.

Fit for Life

Exercise consists of strength training, flexibility focus, general fitness components. Class members use the stability balls and stretch bands to enhance the exercise experience.

TABATA

This 30 minute workout will be the most intense 30 minutes of your week. It is based on the most current high intensity interval training research and protocol. Tabata includes 3 types of Tabata (a type of high intensity interval training) for maximal results. It is a mix of cardio and strength training. No experience necessary and exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.

Group Cycling

GET IN GEAR! Group cycling is a fantastic way to exercise in a fun, low impact and high-energy environment. An instructor will lead you on a journey through mixed terrain – hills, flats, mountain peaks, sprints and interval training. Anyone can benefit from an indoor cycling class regardless of age, prior experience or fitness level. By increasing or decreasing the tension of the fly wheel, you control the intensity of your ride. Strength, endurance, weight loss and overall fitness can be achieved with regular sessions of group cycling.

PiYo (currently via Zoom)

Want to carve an intensely defined physique—without weights, without jumps, and without straining your joints? Then you’ll love PiYo, created by Beachbody Super Trainer Chalene Johnson. Yoga (currently via Zoom)

Make true relaxation a reality in your life. All body types and skill levels are encouraged to participate. These poses are safe and gentle, yet challenging postures encourage stronger muscles and bones, while simple relaxation techniques release tension from the mind and body. Silversneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to in-crease muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. The class is offered to anyone and we encourage anyone with physical limitations (surgery, recovery, etc.) for exercise to join.
