*May substitute for lap swimming:
45 min. water exercise class = .33 miles
45 min. Group Fitness Class = .33 miles 
45 min. of Strength Training = .33 miles

** May substitute for Run/Walk:
45 min. Group Exercise Class = 3 miles
Any other form of cardio exercise = actual mileage

Cost: FREE for YMCA Members
All participants receive a t-shirt upon completion

Who can participate?

  •  Anyone ages 13 and above can participate.

How do I track my miles? And where can I find the Activity Trackers?

  • You may download a tracker from our website or pick up a tracker at the YMCA Welcome Center.

  • Fill in all completed mileage for each area over the 6-week period. Once complete, sign your tracker sheet and turn in to the Welcome Center at the YMCA or email your tracker to: cclay@greencountyymca.org

  • Trackers must be turned in by April 26, 2021

Do miles I swim/bike/run outside the YMCA building count?

  • Yes! This event is operating on the honor system.
