Silver&Fit

This program allows eligible Medicare members (65 years of age and older or on disability) to obtain a fitness facility membership at no cost. Renew Active

Renew Active helps keep your mind and body fit by combining the benefits of a workout facility, access to workout videos, and an online brain health program. Stay active, exercise your mind, and stay connected with other people like you!

Check your eligibility on the Renew Active portal or by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. Each member will have their own unique Confirmation Code beginning with the letter “A” or “S” and followed by 9 digits. You will need to provide this code or your AARP UnitedHealthcare insurance card to the YMCA Welcome Center when setting up your membership.
