In addition to the building expansion, a number of renovations will be made to our existing facility.

NORTH GYM

• Our existing weight room and gymnastics room will be converted into the North Gym. 

LOCKER ROOMS

• While a new Universal Locker Room is being created, our existing men’s and women’s locker rooms will undergo a number of improvements including new flooring, ceiling, fixtures, and lockers, in addition to making them ADA compliant. 

POOL IMPROVEMENTS & SAUNA

• Improvements will be made to our existing pool including new flooring. A new sauna will also be incorporated into our existing Aquatics Center. 

WEIGHT ROOM

• The weight room will be relocated to the existing cardio room. Additional weight equipment will be incorporated into the space. (Most cardio machines and cabled weight equipment will be moved into the new Healthy Living Center.) 

ROOF

• The roof on our existing structure will be completely replaced.

PARKING LOT

• The parking lot will be regraded and resurfaced. Enhancements will be made for safe traffic flow with additional parking spaces added.

FIRE SUPPRESSION 

• Fire alarms and a sprinkler system will be incorporated into the new expanded part of the facility, as well as added to our existing facility.
